Reset Network Settings on Android Phones

Sometimes you have problems with Wi-Fi connecting or a signal to drop. Once you encounter a connection problem, you need to know how to reset network settings on Android.

You can reset your network settings in the setting menu. The setting’s menu differs depending on the make and model of the phone you are using.

Network settings Reset:-

  • Removes all app data restrictions.
  • Allows background data sync.
  • Disconnects all tethered interfaces.
  • Clears mobile data limits.
  • Deletes all Wi-Fi
  • Turns off the VPN.
  • Forgets paired devices.
  • Turns off data roaming.
  • Sets network selection mode to automatic.
  • Turns on mobile data.
  • Sets preferred mobile network type to the best available.
  • Turns off Airplane mode.
  • Turns off Bluetooth.
  • Turns off data roaming.
  • Turns off the mobile hotspot.

Step – 1

  • First turn on your Android Phone, Hold down the power button.
  • After that, Go to the Settings menu on your mobile.
  • In this step Find and Select Dual SIM & Cellular and choose the SIM.
  • Once that Selected, tap option Access Point Name.
  • Now select your sim and tap on Reset settings.
  • Then tap on the Reset option.
  • Reset settings, done on your Android mobile.

Step – 2

  • First turn on your Android Mobile, Hold down the power button.
  • After that, Go to the Settings menu on your mobile.
  • In this step Find and Select Reset.
  • Once that Selected, tap option Reset network settings.
  • Now select your sim and tap on Reset settings
  • Then tap on the Reset phone option.
  • Reset settings, done on your Android mobile.

Step – 3

  • First turn on your Android Mobile, Hold down the power button.
  • After that, Go to the Settings menu on your mobile.
  • In this step, Select Mobile Networks option.
  • Once that Selected, tap option APN.
  • Now select the three dots in the top right corner
  • Then tap on the Reset to default option.
  • Reset settings, done on your Android mobile.

Step – 4

  • First turn on your Android Mobile, Hold down the power button.
  • After that, Go to the Settings menu on your mobile.
  • In this step, Find and Select the Backup & reset option.
  • Once that Selected, tap option Network settings reset.
  • Then tap on the RESET SETTINGS option.
  • Reset settings, done on your Android mobile.
