Unlock Infinix Phone – When Forgot Password or Pattern Lock

If you’re locked out of an Infinix phone, try the methods that keep your data first, then the reset that wipes it.

Method 1 — Google Find My Device

From another device, open google.com/android/find, sign in with the Google account that’s on the locked phone and select it. The phone must be on and online. Depending on your setup you can secure the device here; on some accounts you can also reset the screen lock.

Method 2 — factory reset from recovery (erases data)

Power the phone off, then hold Volume Up + Power to open Recovery. Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe data/factory reset, confirm, then Reboot. Full walkthrough: hard reset any Android.

Important — Google (FRP) lock

After a reset, the phone will ask for the last Google account that was signed in (anti-theft protection). Make sure you know those details before you reset, or you may be locked out.

FAQ

Can I unlock it without losing my photos?

Only Method 1 can keep your data, or if your files were already backed up. A recovery reset erases everything.

Is there a secret code that removes the lock?

No — avoid “unlock tool” downloads that claim this. Use Google sign-in or a factory reset.
