Method 1 – factory reset from Settings

- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap System (some builds label it System & updates).

Method 2 – hard reset from Recovery
Use this when the phone will not boot or you are locked out. Recovery mode lets you wipe the device with hardware buttons.

Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is an Android anti-theft feature.
